We are always on the lookout for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team of educators at our centers. If you meet the criteria for any of the roles below please submit an application via the button below:

  1. Early Childhood Teacher (ECT): The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent and have experience working with young children. As the ECT, you will be responsible for planning and implementing high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.
  2. Lead Educator (Diploma qualified): We are seeking a Diploma qualified Lead Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent and have experience working with young children. As the Lead Educator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing educational programs for our children, and supporting other educators in the centre.
  3. Assisting Educator (Cert III qualified or working towards): The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or be working towards this qualification. As the Assisting Educator, you will be responsible for supporting Lead Educators in planning and implementing educational programs for our children.
  4. Trainee: The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education for children.

In addition, we are also seeking individuals to join our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) team. The following positions are available:

  1. OSHC Lead Educator: The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in School Age Education and Care or equivalent and have experience working with school-aged children. As the OSHC Lead Educator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing high-quality educational programs for our children.
  2. OSHC Assisting Educator: The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate III in School Age Education and Care or be working towards this qualification. As the OSHC Assisting Educator, you will be responsible for supporting Lead Educators in planning and implementing educational programs for our children.
  3. OSHC Untrained: The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education for school-aged children.

Financial Incentives

The Victorian Government is giving qualified early childhood teachers the opportunity to receive financial incentives of $9,000 to $50,000 to work in services across Victoria delivering Three-Year-Old Kindergarten.

Location incentives of between $9,000 to $50,000 are available for early childhood teachers taking up roles in selected regional, rural and metro services that need extra support as they offer new kindergarten programs in 2022.

New Individual Incentives of $9,000 are available if you’re a qualified early childhood teacher taking up a role at any service offering Three-Year-Old Kindergarten and are:

  • ‘joining or rejoining’ early childhood education after working in a different field or industry, or
  • moving from interstate or New Zealand to take up a role.

All incentives are paid in instalments, at the start of employment, and at the end of your first, second and third years. You may be eligible for more than one type of incentive.

Reclocating?

Anyone receiving an incentive, and who is moving more than 200 kilometres to take up a role, will also be eligible for relocation support. This is valued at:

  • $2,000 for those moving between 200 to 500 kilometres from their current home
  • $4,000 for those moving more than 500 kilometres
  • $6,000 for those moving from New Zealand.
